The long nozzle is my favorite attachment piece but it comes with every piece you would need for any job. Also the power is a great length so I don’t have to keep unplugging it to move to the next project.

Worked great for about 30 minutes and quit. Called Amazon for a replacement and was told this item was not eligible for replacement. Was given a refund if I returned. Few days after my refund request, I get a letter from the seller offering me $50 for a 5 star review!!! What??? It only cost $60. Makes me wonder what kind of seller would make such an offer!! Not saying this product is a scam but what kind of reputable seller does this. You answer my question!

Product works great and is easy to work. The only thing is I wish the power cord was longer.

I was super skeptical when shopping for a steam cleaner but so far I like this one a lot it comes with a little cup and funnel to add the water. Only wish you could see the water level.
