I absolutely love it... just recently purchased a used bike that just needed some tlc and this tool made it easy to work for me. Couldn’t be happier with it.

I am an engineer, and I cannot figure out the extension slips through the ratchet head when the dots are aligned, but not in other orientations. Its amazing! When the dots are not aligned, its incredible solid, and there is no way the extension will slip through. Super high quality. Approximately 60 clicks per revolution of the ratchet. Lots of versatility. I am a Field Service engineer, so I need to keep the weight down in my tool kit. Ive been using the similar Topeak version that is smaller than this, and not quite as versatile, but I loved the functionality of it. This tool takes it up another notch, and I am really impressed. Definitely worth the cost.

This is an excellent bike, EDC (everyday carry), or just general home use tool, which is why I gave it 5 stars overall. However, I did give it only 4/5 stars for value for money because I have to say I think this is rather overpriced at $40 (it should literally be half that price). I also only gave it 4/5 stars for Easy to Use because its almost impossible to get the bits out of any part of this tool without using another tool (or your teeth). In the end, its still excellent. I carry it on my ebike all the time, bring it with me when I travel as an EDC tool, and also use it just around the house.

Happy with my purchase. Seems like its built well, used it a few times with a small Wera handle and a pack of bits in my EDC. Doesnt take up much space, and it can get into tight places and then extend for easier screwing. Innuendos aside, its small, but a pleasure to have in my pants. I look forward to times when I can take it out and go to town. Will update if I have any disfunction.

Excellent tool for the micro tool setup. I leave it in my grab bag with my most common bits and sockets. Its much lighter than any other ratchet and definitely holds up to abuse. Made for bike people, but Im a stagecraft designer and engineer, and I use this constantly for micro adjusting, assemblies and installs/ deinstallation

Multi tools can be a real pain sometimes. It pays to have a proper tool when the need arises on mountain bike rides. Where multi tools bust up your knuckles and sometimes ruin bolts, this tool shines. Ingenious design and superior quality are the hallmarks of this tool. Add the 5-7 tips you need for your bike and working on it on the trail is a pleasure. I know it is not a torque wrench, but every one should have one of those to check their work when they get home. I carry the TorqueRatchet kit on my road bike rides. Another super nice tool.
