UPDATED REVIEW: After writing the review the seller reached out to me and compensated me for my purchase so I would say the customer service is spot on!! Thank you for responding and taking care of your customers! It is much appreciated when problems arise with products. These roller bottles are awful, the rollers dont work. They will leak if the rollers arent in them therefore you cant take them places without them leaking. I dont normally leave non positive reviews but the rollers in these bottles are useless. I would like to return but since the return window is closed and Ive already tried to use some I guess Im stuck buying some different ones and donating these.

These are great. Once I received them, I checked that all the caps screwed on properly and they do. All the bottles are in good condition and packaged well. The oils I have tested in them come out really well, meaning that there are no leaks and the oil distribution is just perfect as you won’t get too much at once. Good little bottles.

I was very impressed with the box they came in, so stylish and cute! Inside reminds me of a box of wine bottles, each bottle has its own little compartment to keep them protected. I purchased these for a hassle free/mess free way to apply neem oil, which, at full strength is pretty thick so for that treason I was a little worried it might not come out very well. But once I was able to get the roller ball good and saturated it works beautifully. I am very happy with their performance and will highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for a wonderful product!

I have to admit that, when I first got these, I tried rolling the balls around with just my finger and couldnt move them -- not a one. But then I put water in one of them (if it didnt work Id only have to dry it out to return them) and rolled it over tissue and then my hand. There was actually slight dampness. (Fractionated coconut oil, my base of choice, is thin so I figured water was a good test.) So I poured out the water and put in one of my essential oil mixes, poking out the little ball from inside with a straightened paper clip and putting some oil on it before replacing it for use. It actually does work, though it puts out a small amount. But, honestly, since I would also use the roller bottle for under my eyes and on facial spots, I was fine with that. If I wanted to use some kind of cream in them I might have to look for a looser-rolling or bigger one, but these will work great for my different blends. The small size is perfect for trips so I can bring different ones without all the weight. And I can put fragrance just at my wrists and on specific points. Ive only just done the one so I cant speak about long-term use or if it stays tightly-sealed on trips. Ive given 4 stars instead of 5 only because it took me a while to figure out how to best test for the roller ball. Dont give up! It should work once you have something in it. The 2 extra roller-ball inserts are a nice extra, just in case, though I didnt need the opener. And the price is great. Im glad I bought this set.
