nice and roomy for 2 guinea pigs. I like that the entrance covers parts of 2 sides, and the piggies love jumping through the window! they also love munching on it, which can be loud at night, so sometimes we switch it out for a plastic one while sleeping though...

Horrible , not made from what they say it is. Wouldnt waste my time on this crap. Shows all the levels so for this price I expected all the sizes. What a fool I was. Glad they can make fools out of people. Its also sold for the same size for 14.00 . I wish I didnt order this. Hope you can read this before making the same descsion like l did then your stuck with this crap, because you have to return it and waste your time in order to get your money back. What a joke.

um.. my bunny likes it but when I received it it was very scratched up and had black marks on the side. not pleased with appearance

Much smaller than I thought it would be

It took a while for my bunny to warm up to this little house, but eventually he came to enjoy sleeping in it. He doesnt seem to chew it very much, although he loves my baseboards. If youve got a picky chewer, I wouldnt expect miracles. Overall, I like it enough because he seems to be very comfortable using it as a nap/rest spot, and its small enough that my big fat cats cant get inside and bully him out of his safe spot.

The picture is very deceptive. I assumed that the item would include the 4 levels you see in the picture, but you only get the base. I gave it two stars instead of one due to the sturdy construction of the base that was included. I would recommend TopDawg update the picture and/or description to clarify what you are getting.

::PLEASE READ:: I dont usually review products but this made me infuriated. I own two chinchillas and I was looking for a new hideaway for them. I was really excited to receive this product because of the design with the little windows. Upon opening the box I was disappointed. If I could give it less than one star, I would. First, the Prevue Hendryx website advertises this product as solid wood. LIE. This is made of glued together particle board. Then, there is the issue of the glue. Tons of wood glue and some of it exposed. The wood around the edges and holes was so rough and splintered and needed sanding. The worse part of all is that the entire thing is put together with metal nails. In fact, my hut has two sharp metal nails exposed on the inside. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS - JUST A LITTLE BIT - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

We have two average sized bunnies that live together. They love this wooden hideout and can usually be found relaxing inside or playing on top together. Our backyard has shade but on the few hours of the day that additional shade is needed it has been a great option. We received their product very quickly and it happened to make it before a spring rain. The bunnies were dry throughout the entire time.
