none of features listed above apply, so thats why they are 1 star... but it allows me to switch my canon laser between my home desktop and my work laptop with the touch of a button!!! hehehehehe

My USB switch just went out, needed a replacement so I bought this little thing. Cant attest for its longevity obviously, but I can say that it does what its supposed to do and it does the job very well. I will update my opinion/review overtime whether I find any flaws or not.

one printer to two computers

I bought two for my 2 laptop and 2 printers so the laptops could use either HP printer. It seem to work for a week but then either the PC laptop software or HP Smart Print Software or the Device itself would not print. I would have to unplug and plug the usb cords, turn printer off and on and try different things in order to print a doc when switching between the printers. Once I went direct from printer to laptop with the usb cords without using the switching device, I could print. I returned the device after 2 weeks and was never reimbursed. Still working on that.

This simplified using a Samsung laser printer between 2 computers that sit beside each other. It works perfectly!

My experience with printer switches in the past have been frustrating at best. This is simple and works. What more can be said.

Works well to allow two computers to use the same printer. Requires manually switching from one computer to the other using buttons on the device.

Works exactly as advertised. No issues whatsoever. Perfect to share one printer between two computers and not mess around with the Wi-Fi network.

Compact , simple, good quality. Cant go wrong with this switch if you simply want to use your printer hard wired to two different computers.
