So I really enjoyed getting facials that included this microneedling pen. After paying for like 6 @ $200 each . I decided I could learn how to do this for myself. I love this pen so much! I’ve used twice now over the past 45 days and I highly recommend. I even have given my mom a facial as she’s familiar & she loves it! I love that the needles are wrapped individually to prevent contamination! I love that you get so many ! Not sure what I will do when/if I run out of refills, will make an update to this review if the time comes! Also I do recommend using numbing cream 20-30 minutes before (over the counter works, but no menthol) if you plan to go deep that 0.5.

Great tool for the money. I was getting microneedle facials before but they are too expensive to be done frequently. With this pen I can either do it myself or target the areas that’s I am really concerned about. All the needles come sealed and in separate pouches, which is appreciated.

Love this pen! All you have to do is charge it, open the desired sealed needles, select your speed, and then you are ready to go. I used the Nano needle first with hyaluronic acid to better absorb the serum. Nano has no needles. For collagen production, I chose the 42 needle. I used for about 15 minutes all over face especially nasal folds, cheeks, marionette lines and jowls. My face was red but after using Cerave cream, my face looked fine in the morning. After a few days, I looked in my car mirror and my face face looked more sculpted. Can’t wait to use again in about 3 weeks!

I can see results after second use! The pen paid for itself after the first use! Micro needling RF (micro needling followed be light therapy) costs $800 for a facial treatment alone! I’ve used the pen on my feet, legs, saddle bags, arms, chest, neck, and face. I can see the difference in the crepeypness on my arms and legs, and my saddle bags have tighten up considerably! I already get laser treatments on my face so I didn’t expect to see much of an improvement since the care from the laser treatments has my skin at its best already. However, I may give up the laser treatments and continue with microneedling followed by light therapy (microneedling RF), because I’ve heard that it’s on par or better than MOXI or BBL - which is what I’ve always had done for facial skincare. I’m blown away at how easy the entire process is, for such amazing, professional results!!! The pen is well made. Instructions well written. Look no further, this is the pen for the job ladies and gents!!! Given I’ve used it twice on all the areas mentioned - were talking a saving of $10,000!!! With light therapy -( I use the Dermalux Flex MD) but there are countless other light therapy options that aren’t professional grade that will give great results as well… The key is consistency!! You don’t have to follow up with light therapy afterwards to see results but I would recommend it to get maximum results possible for microneedling. You will not regret this purchase!

Upon opening the package, the Sergand microneedling pen makes a good first impression. It is a solid and high-quality pen. The instruction manual does a good job of explaining the controls and how to use pen. It also provides useful tips and suggested control settings. There are plenty of YouTube videos if you want a complete explanation of microneedling treatments. The pen works very well, it surpassed my expectations and I have zero complaints. Besides the commonly known skin benefits associated with microneedling, the process has also been successfully used to treat warts. Apparently, the bodys immune system responds to the damaged skin and attacks the wart. Again you can check the internet for more information. I fully recommend the Sergand Microneedling Pen.

I just got my own and it works fine. Luckily I thought ahead to try and order some replacement cartridges. I was hoping to find some 12 pin cartridges. Nope! So I tried to get some 16 pin cartridges (Ive already used 2). Well, it looks like you cant get them on Amazon or anywhere else! You can only get the the nano cartridges and a few other ones that I dont want. I dont know if this item is leftover stock from a company that went out of business or what, but if you buy this you are likely to be out of luck when you run out of cartridges!! Returning mine for a Dr Pen.
