Protimeter BLD5365 Surveymaster Dual-Function Moisture Meter

After using the Tramex moisture meter encounter plus for about five years I decided to upgraded to a dual function moisture meter. It certainly is a different feel from the Tramex, but it is well made and accurate when it comes to measuring moisture in various building materials.

Arrived very quickly, ready to use. Very high quality product. Theres plenty of cheaper moisture meters out there but this one is worth the extra money!

It seems to be well made tested the meter with the calibration tool it came with 18.2 +or- 1 it calibrated at 18.3.. the instruction manual is kind of a joke for the money your spending on this meter doesn’t really specify what you can use it on.. When I tried it on the drywall it was super spotty wouldn’t read on some spots but on other spots it would read. I am just disappointed In this product and the instruction manual

This is great trust me dont go with cheaper versions as i did. I got one for 300 stopped working after a couple if uses. I love that it is both pin and pinless readings.

This moisture meter has helped me greatly in my inspection jobs, locating moisture issues, especially using the probes. I couldn’t have accomplished this with my General moisture meters. I still use my General meter for around toilets. This meter allows me to find moisture in walls and small holes to verify moisture hidden beneath the surface.

This device has beyond impressed me. Very easy to use and convenient.

Great combination meter that replaced separate meters in my bag. I use this on a daily basis in my work. Simple, accurate operation, compact enough to fit in a cargo pocket or tool pouch. Wish the meter came with a belt clip, velcro cover case!
