Great Customer Service. Some of these flags last over a year. Some dont and last only a few months. But they have always honored their warranty.

I was slightly disappointed when I plugged it in and found out the multifunction remote only works with the solar panel, and the lighting, working off of the solar panel, is very dim compared to when plugged in.

I bought this in December while I was looking at Christmas lights on Amazon. When it arrived I plugged it in and it is very pretty. I didnt use it at that time, I packed it away to use around the 4th of July. When I got it out and plugged it in it now seems to have a short in the wiring. Sometimes it will work, sometimes it will not. Usually if I wiggle the cord I can get it to work for awhile but then the wind will blow a little and it will go out. The reviews are good and I really like the way it looks but in my case its not working right so I give it a 2 star. Maybe you will have better luck

Looks great it is much dimmer on solar than a.c. but, still looks good. The remote doesnt work on solar like it is supposed to it does nothing. You have to use the mode button on the solar panel.

After receiving this lamp, I cant wait to install it. The color of this lamp is very beautiful, and it is very cool after hanging it. I like it very much. If you want to buy this flag lamp, it must be a very wise choice. I think you can buy this one, too.

When the box arrived, my concern was that it would be complicated and not as good as it looked in the advertisement. I installed it without too much fuss and it was on the wall within 30 minutes. Neighbors stopped by to ask praise and inquire. Now others have the same and that makes me happy.

Bought a year ago and now they stopped working. They now make a good decoration for my trashcan.

Price was great.
