> 3 dayThe best wire brush I have ever owned. I use it for cleaning paint brushes. Extremely durable. Has not lost a single bristle as near as I can tell. I have previously owned wooden handle brushes that shed bristles so fast they were trash within three months. I am going to buy a second one so I can have one both at home and on the job site. I am also a big fan of Purdy paint brushes.

> 3 dayBE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT PROJECT. It leaves a lead like stain on stone. This is not the best quality metal

> 3 daythe very aggressive bristles do a great job, two angles to really flick the paint off. nice handle. had the older version for 20 yrs, needed a new one. wow, its better than old one. if you paint metal, or weld - this is the brush for you.

> 3 dayThe unique way the bristles are inserted gives it great bite on the surface youre brushing, both pushing and pulling. Very reasonably priced, too!

Greater than one weekThe painters that work with me use this wire brush to clean paint brushes. This 11 inch version is sufficient for that, the other being cumbersome with interior paint brushes. The downside to the 14 inch wire brush is the scraper. I have heard from others they broke, ours still in tact. However, they rust as soon as you look at them. There was a new one kept near a utility sink and the screw holding the scraper, despite the black paint was rusting by the next day. For a feature we didnt need or use, why get something that just rusts? So the size and the lack of a rusty bit determined the purchase. This is the most aggressive mechanical way to clean the crud off the brush, they use.
