I don’t generally have an issue with Zinc deficiency, but I was having some trouble with recovery after hard weightlifting workouts. My caloric intake, sleep, etc. we’re all fine, so I looked at electrolytes and a few other things. Zinc was a possible cause that came up a few times in my research, so I ordered some to try. This is not a supplement that most people need. Most adults do not have a significant zinc deficiency, and I only take this on specific days, and for a specific reason. I only take this at night after intense workout sessions, and it has made a noticeable difference in whether I’m ready to workout again the next day. However, having said that, there are people that have zinc deficiencies due to medical conditions, drug interactions, etc., as well as those who might want to take it for acne or to help with colds. For those folks, this is a quality brand. Of the various forms of zinc you find in supplements, zinc picolinate is widely considered the easiest form for the body to absorb. The capsules are tiny, approximately the size of a Benadryl cap, about ½” long and less than ¼” in diameter. I take a few other vitamins/minerals, and this is one of the smallest. I think the price is really good, and there aren’t a bunch of garbage fillers. This is helping with recovery, so I’ll keep ordering this brand.

Read my other reviews on Pure supplements. The lab is legit snd is manufactured in a clean sterile place. My doctor noticed a change in my test results finally andI feel focused and positive. My headaches and soreness are almost eliminated. A wonder that this is not advertised as much as it should. Should be on the news.

First off, I never write a review unless the product truly works for me. After research I discovered that Zinc works well for adult acne. Ive been suffering with acne now for approximately 6-9 months. Been to the dermatologist, tried several cleansers, supplements, and nothing seemed to work. I chose this company based upon the good reviews and the fact that no one was given the product just to write a review. Please note that I took my first pill on Tuesday (11-08-2016) and woke up this morning with 3 pimples completely gone. Yes, over night my pimples were gone!!!!! Im so happy to have finally found something that will work with my acne prone skin.

I have been taking the Zinc for over a year. Being fully vac’d and boostered, I feel that this has helped in keeping me well!

Trust quality

Zinc supplements can be found at less expensive prices, but I prefer to choose a well-regarded brand. Some mineral supplement products from unknown brands may cause or aggravate conditions such as acid reflux. This zinc product is in capsule form, which I prefer for the ease of swallowing. I have not experienced any side effects from this product.

I have been using Pure products for years and have always found them to be fresh and fully potent. My doctor has recommended them as the best on the market.
