I love Q-tips! I could never go without these little cleaners. I have over a dozen uses for these things from ears to firearms. I have used them on our animals to gentle clean out the gunk in their ears to cleaning out the water left in mine from scuba diving or shower. I carry these wherever I travel.

Brand name cotton swabs. Do the job.

Ive tried a lot of different generic and store brand cotton swabs. While they all function roughly the same, the other brands often have varying levels of cotton on the swab, with some ends having just a wisp, and other ends being a big thick ball. On the other hand, Q-tips are extremely consistent and well-made. The shaft also has just the right amount of flexibility.

I have a huge drainage issue with me ears, and these are high quality Q-tips. Will definitely buy again
