I started using this at the end of fall, heading into the winter months to help boost my immune system. So far (knock on wood), I have not had any of the colds and flus that have been going around.

This is my second bottle and so far, Im happy with the quality of this brand. Theyre easy to swallow and I like that there are other helper herbs included. I dont feel noticeably different but, I do believe that it cant hurt. So, Im on board.

I normally take just plain lysine. I saw this and wanted to give it a try. The first day I took it I could feel a difference! I will buy again!

I have used this for years at the first hint of getting a fever blister. If I caught it soon enough the blister never forms. If I am later the blister forms but dries up very quickly. I use the lip gel too! Nothing works better for me!

Best Lysine - must have in-house at all times.
