Using the same Anker 3 USB cable to charge my Samsung S2 Tablet, I get a 1.56A charging rate using the Samsung OEM charger, but only 1.25A charge rate using the Anker USB Wall Charger.

I found this an alternative I can use with a standard USB to USB C cable to charge an iPad Pro 11 and also useful to charge other devices with classic style USB cables.
