Quicken WillMaker and Trust Software 2022 By Nolo - Estate Planning Software - Includes Will, Living Trust, Health Care Directive, Financial Power of Attorney – Secure - Legally Binding - CD- PC/Mac

First disc I got was damaged but was replaced quickly. Software took me threw step by step and was easy to follow only thing now is getting my paperwork signed.

Easy to use and Im a repeat customer.

You will probably be asked to upgrade to the latest version for $135 very soon after installation. However, the upgrade contains NO legal changes from the past year (at least in my case). It is simply a scam to extract money from Americans. This company is neither trustworthy nor does it conduct business in the American tradition of fair price for fair value. Un-American and deceptive!

Great product arrived as advertised!

As it turned out, even though the 2022 CD version was ordered new and received it this spring (2023), when I downloaded the new 2022 version to my laptop, WillMaker responded that the 2022 version was no longer supported. I had to buy it again directly from Willmaker to get the latest supported (2023) version. If a new piece of software is already obsolete, it should not be sold on Amazons site or anyplace else. Next time, Im ordering software from Best Buy, not from Amazon! NOTE: I do like the 2023 WillMaker version and would recommend it. Just dont buy a 2022 obsolete version through Amazon because its no longer supported by WillMaker!

Still a little hard to understand but you figure it out after awhile.

This is not mentioned anywhere except a help file. Not in the ad, not in the program itself. Luckily Amazon refunded my money.

I tried to load the disc onto my MAC with absolutely no success. Was able to load and use it on son’s PC with no difficulty. VERY easy to use after that. However, I cannot download any software for my MAC either. So this is a worthless purchase if you dont have a PC. (I borrowed one for an initial trial, but cannot count on that in the future.) Also, I have been unable to get any support to help resolve this. So if you have MAC, beware!

This software was a big disappointment and allows for only a few canned changes and does not allow the user to make their own edits, which makes no sense since everyones situation is unique. Because this software doesnt offer the user much flexibility I cant recommend it. I suggest hiring a lawyer instead.

no one likes to do this stuff, this program definitely makes it easier. Great if you move around, used for various states with no issues.
