My doors will not latch shut like other reviews claim. But for doors you do not need to lock, get these! So much better for my son then having to be so tedious of opening and shutting doors as he sleeps.

These little things have absolutely solved my problem! I wanted something that would allow me to keep my classroom door locked, but still be able to allow my students to access the room without someone having to let them out all the time. In case of an emergency I don’t want to be looking for my key to lock the door. I also wanted something sturdy enough to be used on an industrial door without getting torn to pieces every year. If we ever have any kind of emergency drill all I have to do is pull the elastic end of one side of this and the locked door closes securely. The material is durable and the elastic is just the right length. I love this product!

Good product. Doors still make a slamming noise but thats not a big deal for us. We bought them so out cat can go into a room for his litter box bc we didnt want to make a cat door on the door or wall. It does its purpose.

We have this one door that would shake when we opened another door and it would scare my toddler. I was shutting a sock in the door until we found d this gem! It wasn’t as thick as we needed it and we had to double up so the door would stay closed. We recently added it to our bathroom door so our curious guy doesn’t accidentally lock himself in the bathroom. For our doors, we would just need it a bit thicker. I’m sure it works perfect as is for some homes.

I use this for my classroom, and it was smaller than expected and I dont have a regular door knob in my classroom, I have a lever and I have to pull a bit hard to get it around. But, other than that, it does do the job and I can keep my door locked in case of emergency and just pull the cover off.
