Where is the shoulder strap that’s suppose to come with it????????

The shoulder strap cant be used because the leftside of the duffle bag has no place to attach it to, only the right side. Will probably send it back.The bag is very roomy and a beautiful color..

No shoulder strap for the duffle bag. I bought the matching suit case and that wasn’t as described either. It had none of the compartments the suitcase had in the picture. The book bag was okay. But buying the whole set and more than half of it isn’t what is described is disappointing as hell. Hope the seller reaches out and wants to send me a damn shoulder strap or I will be returning the whole entire set.

I had this bag already it finally broke and I needed a new I love my duffel bag I just wish I didn’t throw away the strap by accident doesn’t matter though fit on my suitcase just fine.

Bought the same bag from Macys in the green mint color. The midnight blue purchased from Amazon feels like plastic. The real one from Macys feels thicker and stronger. The one from Amazon feels flimsy and feels like it would fall apart on the first use. Good try.
