Item very snug fitting. A tapering from the back to the front would help in the chafing department. An additional cover would be nice.

Fit without issue and the price was perfect.

Fits well. Works with any helmet.

Sometimes the most simple design is the best. My application was driving a racecar on a track. This simple collar works very well to support/offset/transfer the weight of my Shuberth helmet to my shoulders. My neck felt fine on the day following 84 Track miles while wearing the helmet with this foam collar. I was lucky to get an open package deal thru Amazon that saved me few dollars. Bought to steady my head on long drives in buggy. Although I will not be wearing a helmet , there is a nice area for one to rest on. Is fairly comfortable. No jagged, skin irritating seams or materials. Smell is neutral. Does not bother my nose nor my eyes .. nice. Diameter around neck is larger than I expected ( my fault ). Will cut the foam filling to custom fit. Material looks to be long wearing. The strap keeps the ring closed. Does not pop open. Is nothing fancy. Does what is supposed to do. At this point in time, appears that the only color available, across the country right now, is black. Guess it goes with everything.

Would recommend this for anyone wearing a full face helmet. And racing

Purchased this item specifically to reduce wind noise from turbulence under my helmet. This has been the most effective device for this purpose including all types of earplugs and helmet add-ons. I still wear earplugs because they both help. The only drawback is that it is slightly uncomfortable and requires a little more effort for head checks. Highly recommended.
