> 24 hourThis underwear is comfy but for some reason during my period, it was kind of leaking out the crevice of the underwear if that makes sense. I’m 131 lbs and purchased size s/m. I purchased correct size. I didn’t feel completely secure on my heavier days

> 24 hourI wore these postpartum with my 3rd child. I was delighted to find an organic diaper option this time around. These are incredibly soft and worked very well for me. I wore these with an additional pad inside immediately postpartum, and then just these after the bleeding slowed down. I was about 130lb prepregnancy, 3rd child so I definitely had a larger belly, and weighed in around 160lb immediately postpartum (5’ 4” tall). I had brought the smaller size and it was too tight on my legs, fine on the belly. I was able to rip the bottom of the sides so I could wear them comfortably, they never tore anymore than I’d ripped them. Next time I’d get the larger size though. These were so comfortable, I could see myself getting them for nighttime when my period returns.

> 24 hourI have been using these for months now and I love them!! I wish I had known about these when I was younger. I primarily wear these to sleep in when on my period, but have worn them during the day if needed and never had an issue with wearing them under clothing. I have never leaked out of these. Sleeping on my period used to be rough because I would always leak no matter how careful I was, how many layers I wore, or how much I didn’t move - I would still wake up with blood in the sheets. Not with these Rael disposables!!! Seriously a life saver for good sleep on your period. I can move freely and not have to worry. I don’t even need to wear pajama bottoms with them. Let me tell you - they even saved me on my wedding day!! Of course my period had to come 2 days before my wedding, leaving my wedding day as my heaviest flow day. I changed the disposable underwear a few times since I was at my venue over 12 hours that day. These kept me from getting any blood on my wedding dress. I am 5’6” 240lbs and the L/XL are snug but not uncomfortable and they do loosen up a little after putting them on. I also have very sensitive skin and these do not give me chemical irritation. I promise this is not a paid review - I just really love this product and I’m so glad my mom found these for me. 29 is never too old to live your best period life…period!! I’ll see myself out now lol

> 24 hourI recently had a feminine procedure. I didn’t know how much bleeding I would have but bought these in case. So glad I did. I was in a lot of pain and this was one less thing to worry about. They kind of stay wet and don’t fully absorb, but I bled a lot and changed every time I went to the bathroom anyway. The fit was perfect on me (29” waist, 42” hip, 23” thigh), and I didn’t need to notch the thigh elastic like I thought but that wouldn’t have been a big deal. These worked for me at a time where I could barely move and I am thankful.

> 24 hourI have ulcerative colitis and often times have bathroom accidents. I wore these while staying in the hospital for 9 days and they were so comfortable I didn’t want to go back to regular underwear.

> 24 hourThese diapers were amazing for my postpartum. I bought these because of how clean they are vs other brands who add scents, etc. They were incredibly soft and comfortable, there’s no tightness around the hip. While they did prevent leaks, I wouldn’t exactly say they are absorbent. I felt like the fluids kind of sat at the top of the pad piece. I would either have to dabble the top with toilet paper each time I used the restroom, or add a small removable pad to the inside. This worked well for me since the diaper wouldn’t rip if I added my own pad. The sides rip very well so it’s easy to take off, too! I would note that if you’re going for discreet, this isnt the most fashionable option. Leggings are a no go with them on and you can sort of see them through sweats, but great for around the house. For reference, I was 165lbs postpartum and I’m 4’10 and wore a L/XL.
