I needed to wipe my hard drive to get rid of confidential client files but I am not very tech savvy. I took a chance and ordered this product. I had to go to the website provided to get support but it was very easy to follow their directions and successfully wipe my computer. I would highly recommend this product, but be sure to go to the website for support. The directions that pop up with the disk are confusing and you need to learn how to boot the disk from your CD-ROM drive which requires changing the boot order in the BIOS system. This is very easy to do but does require a trip to the support website.

Instructions are no longer available online. Support does not respond. Complete waste of money!

I wasn’t able to get the software to boot and work on my PC. The publisher claims to have 24/7 email support, but I haven’t seen it. I attempted to contact them twice over the last four days for support, as per their instructions, but have received no response. Finally gave up and returned the product.

I could not get the software to work. I tried to find an .exe file or autorun feature and could not get the software to run on a Windows 10 system. I recommend using something else.

Rapid and easy to use, two things that this type of software never is in my experience. Got the job done and highly recommend it to anyone
