It doesnt work. Its a collection of free utilities. You cant access your main hard drive from the boot-up screen. It wants to format it. Youre better off buying a new hard drive and doing a clean install and then

We followed the instructions to the letter and nothing happened. Sent it back for a refund. Ended up buying a new ACER to replace the 6 year old ACER. New computer is great!!
