The Raskullz Mohawk Helmet we acquired for our grandson is very cute in a spunky way. Just be aware that youre buying a fun little whimsical fashion element with some protective value rather than a seriously protective helmet. As speeds and daring pick up, you may want to invest in a different item to protect your little ones skull.

Im really disappointed in the helmet with LED lights. My son loves it - so I cant really return it. This was meant to be a back up helmet for riding in the evenings (he has a Raskullz mohawk helmet without lights that he loves too). These lights AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OF IN LESS THAN 60 SECONDS after being switched on. The whole point in buying this helmet was so he could be seen at night. As far as he knows - he turned them on - he doesnt know theyve turned off. What person would be able to check the top of their head to see if the lights are on, or if they need to be turned back on?? WHY SPEND $10 MORE FOR THIS FEATURE? Id be ok if they auto off feature was for an hour or so - but less than minute?? Awful idea. Save your money on this one.
