> 24 hourIt took a while for me to figure out how hard to press to snap the Pi4 into the case, but then everything went well.

> 24 hourThis is the official case for the Raspberry Pi 4 so how can you not like it? It may not be fancy but it fits perfectly. Not much else you can say about it.

Ive
> 24 hourI purchased this case mainly to have the pi be able to sit inside the base while I was first tinkering with it. But now that that portion of things are done. I have closed the case up and here are my thoughts. 1. Under normal load the Pi doesnt need a fan and it runs pretty cool, usually around 60 - 72c. The pi starts to throttle or slow down at 80c. I only notice it going above 80 when im doing something really intensive like updating the Pi and using other apps like the browser with a few open tabs. This is usually when Im interacting with the pi vs what I normally use it for which is streaming movies locally using plex. But when it does get hot, I just reach over and pop the top off using the two side clips that hold it in place. 2. It doesnt get a tight fit, theres a bit of shake in it but for the cost Im ok with that. The pi can wiggle around in it just a bit. Buit the ports line up, it closes and its a decent case to have while you figure out what case you REALLY want to put it in. And its a good slim case to travel with.
