Ravensburger Disney Incredibles 2-100 Piece Puzzle, 19.5 x 14.25

Just opened the box and opened the bag, put the pieces into bottom 1/2 of the box and right off the bat I found two pieces that were bent (the cardboard is creased). This is a brand new puzzle box but seems like its used by someone already - perhaps I got a return. I think I am going to start a return with amazon.

My son loved this puzzle until the last 3 pieces, which didn’t fit into any spaces! He was pretty bummed after spending a lot of time and then couldn’t finish the puzzle.
