> 24 hourWorks perfectly. Had a Lee shell holder that came with the Lee die set for .223 and it was bad. Not machined out fully and the shells didnt go all the way in. Then I purchased one from CH4D along with there swage removal die and it worked but was to tight inserting and pulling out the shell and would leave a gouge in the case. Tossed them both and bought the RCBS. Highly recommended!

> 24 hourHave used RCBS for more than 40 years.. they even machined me a set of dies for my own caliber and I design back in the late 60s.. yes a .22-243 and it will still shoot a dime size group at 200 yards with a Heavy Hart barrel glass bedded in a Rem. XBR stock and Rem. action also a 20X Redfield scope. Swift and 22.250 cannot hold a light to speed, accuracy, and flat trajectory of a .70 gr bullet coefficient! RCBS A GREAT TOOL COMPANY and I have used almost every one on the market even Lee when they first started out and made a great field loader kit with dippers! Second thoughts if I was not so much a Shakie Jake I could still give a dime sized group at 300 yards. My best shot was 9 telephone poles down a straight dirt road about .9 of a mile I killed a coyote and that is not any smoke or bull, just once in a lifetime in the right place at the right time and read the mirage correctly! I still remember after all those years, how it looked like a swimming pool that warm day!

> 24 hourAnother quality RCBS shell holder. However, it doesnt fit 10.4X38R (41 Swiss) Swiss Vetterli Centerfire Cases made from Lebel brass. I suppose it fits the .348 Winchester brass perfectly, except I dont have any of that brass to compare. The Lebel brass has a slightly larger base and wont fit the #5 shell holder. I had purchased this shell holder on the presumption that it did after what I thought was thorough research on many forums. However, once I receive it, I found it didnt fit the Lebal brass. I later found the LEE #17 fit my Lebel brass perfectly and I ordered three from another vendor on Amazon. In summary, some hand-loaders use re-formed .348 Winchester brass for the Swiss Vetterli, and this shell holder should work fine for that. Others use Lebel brass and this shell holder will -not- work for that brass; go get a LEE #17 instead. I now have an RCBS #5 I dont really need, but small price to pay for the education. :)

> 24 hourI use it on a Lee press and it is a little bit snugger inside than the Lee shellholder #4 that it matches. In my case, when using it for 380 that is a good thing because the #4 Lee isnt quite tight enough when used for the 380, a caliber listed for this shellholder. It saves a few 223 and 204 cases as well because it grips the rim a little better which comes into play when a case is somewhat stuck in a die but can be gently extracted if the rim holds up. Your chances are better with this die.

> 24 hourWorks GREAT with Fiocchi .380 acp cases with Hornady LNL Classic Press. Nice and snug. The #16 Hornady Shell holder woud not work on Fiocchi due to the narrow area above the rim. It also works fine on what I call the Normal 380 acp case (i.e. Blazer,Hornady, Winchester, etc).
