I would like to thank all of you who wrote reviews about the product. It was just like mentioned. The size is perfect; exactly the size I was looking for. It moves flawlessly and with ease. I love the compartments and I cannot wait to use it in 2 months when I plan to go away. I have no worries since it already comes with a warrenty and I also purchased an additional warrenty just in case it is needed.

Cute luggage but it broke after only 3 trips. Not happy.

This suitcase had good reviews and after one round trip flight the wheel was busted in and it’s broken and done. I’m livid!!! I picked up my suitcase from baggage claim and the wheel was already broken in and wouldn’t move correctly. I’m so mad that I spent so much money and didn’t even use the carry-on to now I have a suitcase that’s broken after two flights. I want my money back…
