I am very disappointed that the bottom handle was broken after my first use. It got broken when I lift the luggage using both ends handle just from the ground to my trunk. I have emailed to [email protected] and are awaiting for claim for repair but have not yet gotten any replies yet

Easy to pack easy to maneuver.

We just returned from a 2 week adventure through Europe using 4 of these carryon bags. Im impressed by the durability. Traveling by trains, buses, and public transportation, these suitcases took it all in stride. We didnt have any issues with wheels falling off or being damaged. The only thing to watch for is the stitching where the zippers meet the hard case. Inspect those closely as we had to return 2 of them to Amazon for defective stitching upon delivery to our house. Otherwise I recommend these. For simplicity, use packing cubes and watch a few videos on packing a carryon.

I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews about the damage others had problems with after traveling only once or twice, but I was in a time crunch and this had next day delivery. I had absolutely no issues that others were describing. I think it traveled quite well and it was easy to maneuver. Also easy to spot on the carousel!

I used the suitcase one time and the zipper split. Unfortunately my time to return was way past.

Purchased December 2021 used 1st time February 2022 medium piece huge whole small piece zipper broke and of course return date has passed lousy luggage #nothappy

The suitcase is gold. The color is beautiful and it travels very well. Spins and turns like nobody’s business. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Overall the bag is nice with great compartments etc, but that all means nothing to me if the expandable zipper breaks on the first use. I never even used the expandable part (bag wasn’t packed to the max) so when I tried to make sure it was zipped right the zipper no longer stayed together. This makes me nervous about the actual suit case zipper and therefore I will never use it again after just one use. I would return it for my money back, besides I think it is off poor quality and too much of a risk of the Main zipper breaks. -Sad customer.

We already own this suitcase in a more reserved color and its great, so when I saw the same suitcase in this beautiful rose gold for a great price, I grabbed it.

I brought the Kenneth Cole suitcase set for myself earlier this year and loved it so much that I decided to purchase this luggage for my boyfriend for Christmas. The second photo is the first luggage I received before Christmas. There was a dent on the front so exchanged it for another. The first photo is the one I just received. As you can see there’s a dent on the front of this one too. There is obviously some manufacturing issue going on here. It’s too much of a hassle to return this one again so we will just keep it! Extremely frustrating!
