Practing with these brushes allow me to bring out the various pallettes in my makeup collection and define my mature eyes. You Tube videos by Real Techniques help but having the proper tools and the mature ladies on youtube sharing their eye-deas is great! I only wish there was ONE all-encompassing set option for eyes with a carry case as well as the different eyes sets. IM SURE MY MATURE PALS WOULD APPRECIATE IT!

I adore Real Technique brushes. Ive been using them for years and prefer them over my higher end Sigma or It Cosmetic brushes, and they are a fraction of the price. I have two of the setting brushes. I use one to set under my eyes and the other makes a brilliant highlighter brush. The angled brush is also a favorite for contour and even bronzer. The brush that I dont like in this kit is the fan brush. Its too thin and flimsy. I can barely get my highlighter to show up with it. The other two are so fantastic though that Id still repurchase this kit in the future.

Great deal on this set. I own a lot of RT brushes and sigma brushes. I think the quality of RT is very good. I wash my brushes regularly and I dont see any shedding or loose shape. I really like this set. I was looking for a contour brush and I didnt want to buy another sigma brush because they are very expensive. So, I purchase this set as it was almost as much as the single sculpting brush. The sculpting brush works great for contour. it makes it super easy to apply and blend powder contour. I also use the setting powder to set my under eyes. I havent use the fan brush yet.

My daily make up tends to be basic due to time and skill limitations, but I do have a powder Bliss contour pallet that I like to use when I have more time and want a more polished look. This sculpting set by Real Techniques and the free tutorial on You Tube are awesome and have resulted in a better application of my contour makeup. I use the sculpting brush the most for applying my contour powder to my cheeks, jaw and hair line, and I get even coverage with no streaks. The setting brush is perfect for setting my undereye concealer with my pressed powder. I use the fan brush less often, but it works well for using my contour powder to get into smaller areas and to dust off excess makeup. This is how I use them, but whats great is that the brushes are versatile and can be used in other ways too. The bristles are cruelty free, soft, easy to clean and dont shed. They are a good value and should last many years, based on how well my Real Techniques stippler brush has held up that I bought about 2-1/2 years ago. I think it makes a big difference having the right brushes for applying my contour makeup and am really happy with this set. Definitely recommended.
