Recovery, Repair & Re-install disc compatible with MS Win 10 32/64 bit

It took a few tries for my laptop to pick up the media for some reason. I tried both UEFI and BIOS a couple times, and finally on the third BIOS try it picked it up.

This product was great; instructions were easy to understand. I used this product to reinstall window 10 and change the boot order. Great!!!!

The instructions are lame , can not see the screen , the instructions are vague . Needs to focus the camera on the screen it is useless

That done the trick. Only had to buy an Ethernet cable to get my wifi back on. But some people say they had to buy a new windows. I didnt just used the email and password I had for Microsoft account and it reactivated my windows

not only does it not do what yall said it would do, it also throws an error code at me as well, the i/o device is missing or corrupt what the hell.....

Was a Good purchase.
