> 24 hourMouse arrives in a convenient plastic container and fits well against my hand. Cursor movement is smooth and everything seems to work well. Slight detraction from 5 stars because the original mouse I ordered was defective, but Red Dragon customer support was quick to reply to my problem and helped in replacing the defective mouse

> 24 hourI like the mouse its cool and stylish but after just 2 days of gameplay, I was having issues with the mouse staying connected to the dongle my aim sights would freeze had to cut off the mouse and cut it on just to get it to reconnect. Its a cool product but could use a stronger connection to the dongle. If you are wondering it was only a distance of 3 feet between them. I had to go back to a wired mouse. kinda feel like I wasted my money. Red dragon Customer service was very nice to help and correct this issue they replaced the mouse with one that was of satisfaction for my and my gameplay. thank you again

> 24 hourGreat cheap mouse! ..As long as you dont mind the default Windows 10 drivers. Tried to install the software for it to configure it, but all that happens is the icon shows up in system tray, grayed out. The software doesnt work! But if you just need a default mouse, it works 1,000,000 times better than my 10 year old mouse! Hopefully they fix the software some day so I can program and adjust more than just the default settings. Also I was using a somewhat shiney plastic mouse pad and it really didnt like it for some odd reason. So I had to get a new one. The one Im using now is known as a black leather-like gaming mat. And now the mouse works great (minus the software)! For its price, Id give it a 4 out of 5. Havent used it long enough to comment on battery life..

> 24 hourThis mouse has 3 buttons on the side but they cant be programmed as they dont provide any software with it!!! But they sent a free wired programmable mouse and it is great. I have given them 4 stars because they care about their reviews and their customers. PS: I dont have to return my wireless mouse to them after I have got the wired one. It is the Redragon Cobra Wired Gaming mouse with RGB lighting.

> 24 hourI honestly did not expect to like this mouse at all but was very surprised at how nice it feels. The quality is amazing for the price and feels ncer than my sons previous Logitech mouse that cost many times as much. My son loves the look of the mouse and it performs very well in games. The only things we do not like are that it seem s like if you do not use the eco mode the batteries die in like 1 or 2 days. Eco mode seems to last longer but then again my son just turns it off when he stops using the computer after that first incident. The other thing is that the mouse goes into sleep mode in what seems to be to frequent or weird times. It seems to go into sleep mode even if he is in a game without moving the mouse waiting for a match and it only wakens by pressing a button and does not wake with movement. Minor but thought it needs mentioning. Overall I really like this mouse a lot and regret paying multiple times over this price for other mice from other brands. Will be purchasing other products from Reddragon in the future.

> 24 hourFor non-gaming, non-designer types, this mouse would probably be fine. Its very comfortable in my fairly large hand, and I used heavily it for 8+ hours a day for several months. The first problem I had was that it didnt seem to pick up that I started moving right away; not lag, but sort of an uncertainty that I was intentionally moving at first. Im an animator and graphic designer, so super fine and often slow movements are key. I was dealing with that when the wheel stopped working right. Every long scroll, itd pop back up 5% of the way or so. Sort of annoying when on a webpage or word doc, but dealbreaker when dealing with zooming around on artwork under a tight deadline. Realistically, that one is probably from me being a little aggressive with it when the movement issue was coming up, but still is a problem. All in all, its a very cheap price, is ergonomic, has fine performance if you dont mind being ignored for a split second, and would probably have held up fine under normal circumstances. The battery life is very good too, and I was not using the Eco mode or turning it off ever!

> 24 hour*** Please read entire review *** Would be ok for regular use, NEVER ok for gaming. Lag time from when the mouse is moved to when the cursor moves with stupid slow. Update on 4-29-2019. Since my experience was negative, the company contacted me. They asked if I would try one of their other mice, the Mirage 2. The Mirage 2 is another wireless mouse. It did perform better that the M690-1, however I still wouldnt recommend it for gaming. In my response to them I thought maybe its just the wireless aspect causing the lag. Redragon asked me to try one more mouse, The Cobra (M711 wired gaming mouse). To my delight, the was actually a pretty nice gaming mouse. After having the opportunity to use the Redragon Cobra mouse for a couple days, this is by far the nicest of the Redragon mice I have tried. Overall it feels good in my hand and more importantly provides precise lag free cursor control. The lighting looks nice (even better than my G502) The buttons all have a nice positive click. It would have been nice if the 3 buttons on the top were addressable rather than fixed to DPI, up DPI, down and lighting. On that same note, for a gaming mouse I think its essential to have user defined dpi settings rather than pre-programmed. For example. some games I find myself selecting say 650 instead of 600. A jump from 500 to 1000 dpi doesnt allow me to dial it in like I would like to. The scroll wheel feels nice. The rubber texture is great, but I prefer a more positive click while spinning the wheel. To compare it directly to my Logitech G502, I do miss the extra buttons the G502 has. The Cobra is light weight but not too light. It slides really well on my mouse pad, perhaps even better than my Logitech, but to be fair my Logitech has seen a lot of use. I like the lighting better on the cobra. The surface texture on the cobra feels great on top. I wish it was the same on the sides. I think the shape on the side of the mouse is more comfortable on the G502 but thats not to say the Cobra is bad, just my preference. Also keep in mind the G502 cost 3 times as much. The most important thing, it provides a good gaming experience, with no lag and precise control. This is a product I would recommend. As a matter of fact, my son who also has a G502 asked if he could use the Cobra instead of his mouse.
