This is a great set and has plenty of resistance variety. The quality is very sturdy and the handles are comfortable. The door hold works well and I dont worry about it smacking me in the face - just make sure the door shuts well :). Overall a great product for some at-home resistance training! Fantastic Product!

I originally made this order for my self and my husband was skeptical of the product but after giving it a chance and trying it for the first time notice it has the same effect as using traditional weights. He’s currently in love with the product.

Purchased the bands originally for at home workouts, worked incredibly well for those. I mostly used the most resistant ones, but the other bands are just as useful for most workouts. Incredible to stretch your body out with as well!
