I have every set except Buffy and this one is a fun addition. T-Rex is an imposing figure on the game board and the cards play well. She may seem beefy but the balance is there. Played a game that was T-Rex vs. Elektra vs. Invisible Man and Rex got the first kill but ultimately wore herself out with the self-harming cards. Still fun, though. And as long as the developers avoid ridiculous ideas like Buffy, I’m sure I’ll keep buying.

I love how the T.rex play out her cards. Sattler and Malcolm on the other hand is very complex.

This is a nice expansion to the Unmatched series. The T Rex is intimidating and powerful on the board, and Dr Sattler has an interesting strategy based on movement. The map is neat looking, though it has no extra gimmick like many other Unmatched maps. This makes it good for learning the unique mechanics of a character with one less thing to worry about.

This is a long awaited addition to the Unmatched Game world. As usual, this is BOTH a complete game and expansion to the existing system. The T-Rex, large fighter, is outside of anything we have seen in the game. A huge fighter with lots of life points and the ability to do large amounts of damage but og so slow. Dr. Stattler is a good addition and insight has some real play possibilites. A good map makes this a box that I got ASAP.

The second of the Jurassic Park releases for Unmatched is a very keen expansion to the game. Apologies to Dr. Satler, but the Tyrannosaurus is the star here and represents the first fighter in the game that occupies two spaces and can deliver melee attacks from 2 spaces away. While a very good expansion for the game, there is always the concern that rules creep could make what has been a quick and fun game into something perhaps more complex than it needs to be.

Who would have through that Dr Sadly could be beat a Trex... but in my game she did. Played straight from the box no assembly needed. Everything you need to play included. Fun card mechanic, which I am sure has deeper complexity/ gamesmanship.

It’s more characters to an already fun game. If you like the base game you will love this expansion as it adds more to the game but doesn’t change much

The concept of this game is similar to War. Each player plays a card face down, then reveals them at the same time. The highest card value wins. Where the game differs is each player has a miniature (or sometimes 3) to represent their fighter on the board. You maneuver around and try to attack the other player while trying hard to make sure they cant do the same to you...! I wasnt terribly impressed by the Ellie Sattler figure, but the massive T-Rex piece more than makes up for that!!
