I used this to transmit from a non smart TV to a Bluetooth headset. There was a slight delay, but I got used to that. After five months, this transmitter stopped working. Not happy.

Ive purchased two other units in the past and this one is far superior. The screen provides feedback that displays information that confirms connection. The sound quality is exceptional and I havent experienced drop-outs in transmission, though my headphones arent very far from the transmitter. I liked this unit so well I purchased a second one. I highly recommend it.

I bought this Bluetooth transmitter/receiver to use with my iPod Classic so I can listen to music with a Bluetooth speaker. The transmitter I had suddenly stopped working after 1.5 years of great service. I ordered this one thinking it would be an upgrade. I WAS WRONG! This device caused terrible distortion and some dangerous bass feedback, (dangerous in that it could blow a speaker). Even at low volume level, and this unit doesnt offer much volume range anyway, the sound quality is terrible. Im returning it to Amazon.

In the end, we couldnt use the device, as for whatever reason there was a LONG and noticeable lag in the sound from the TV and the sound into the earbuds we used via this device. Not sure if specific to this brand or the whole class of products... but in the end, we couldnt deal so just returned it. Bought a pair of wired earbuds instead with a VERY long cord we can plug into the TV; clunky but at least it works :)

I bought this to receive audio from my FireTV to the amplifier but theres a very silly feature that auto shuts off the device even when its plugged in which means you have to manually turn it back on every single time. Theres no way to disable it either so Im guessing they expected this to only be used as a portable device but seriously a big miss.

Good price and features (transmit mode) for use on flights watching movies using the aircraft consoles and my excellent Google Pixel Buds Pro noise cancelling earbuds. Note: I have only successfully tested this using an old MP3 player & Roku remote. The male-male dongle plug, On/Off button, display screen (battery level, paring info), USB battery charging (~10 hour? + top offs w/power-bank) and very small size makes for an exceptional setup. Paring worked perfectly, only a slight sound-to-lip video latency and very good quality sound (adjustable only via my earbuds in transmit mode). I bought a 2nd unit for my wife.

OK, But auto power off feature sucks. Powers down even when plugged in all the time. If you dont use for a couple of hours, you have to physically power back up......

Although this is advertised as a low delay, the delay is enough that you cannot effectively play guitar along with a backing track. It is also problematic in that the delay messes with your timing since your what you are hearing comes out of synch with what you are playing. I believe this would be a great unit for listening to music.

Bought it to replace an older one that might be failing, but this one is worse. Sometimes it won’t turn on. Maybe I’ll return it.
