Rit ColorStay Dye Fixative. 2-Pack

Used this product in 3 different application methods to try for more vibrant colors. Once washed the colors fade badly. does not hold the bright colors at all.

After going through all the steps to dye my towels in my washer, I wanted to make sure that the color lasted. Using the Rit Color-Stay Dye Fixative ensures that the color will stay as bright and vibrant after the towels have been used and washed.

I dye a lot of clothes. I like cotton, silk, & linen fabrics, which are awesome to dye. It takes time & a sound method to get even color you want. And then you dont want to lose it, or worse yet, share it with your other clothes. THIS GUARANTEES THAT WONT HAPPEN. I have used this in a washer with a cycle I can pause. I also have done it on a stovetop in a very big pot. Perfect every time!

First time I used the fixative. It is easy to use and works well.

Was a bit on the fence about this product but was very surprised the color holds really well.

I have now successfully dyed 5 garments using Rit products. The fixative set the color so that when i washed the garments none of the colors bled onto the towels I washed them with. The garments look vibrant again for a fraction of the cost it would be to replace them.

Helpful for keeping color on the tie dye I do. Just wish there was more in the bottle, had to buy two bottles for all my projects and may be having to get more. Does really help with the vibrancy of the colors
