Robin amiibo (Super Smash Bros Series)

Looks much better than the picture makes it look. Still not quite as good as the E3 displays, but I believe it is worth the price.

I picked up the Ryu Amiibo as my first Amiibo. Not exactly sure what I was getting my self into, but the figure of Ryu looked awesome. If youre looking for a cool looking Ryu collectible, then this is worth purchasing for the $12 price point, but it basically ends there. I scanned it on Super Smash Bros Ultimate for the Switch and it didnt unlock the Ryu playable character. I had to do that the old fashion way. Probably should have done some more googling prior to buying. All you get is a trainable character. You can set its default outfit and he gains experience via battling you. I havent trained him much but its a pretty weak offering in my mind. If theres more you can do with him, I havent found it. Too bad, but at least the amiibo looks cool. Pros: * well sculpted * cheap Cons: * weak Super Smash Bros Ultimate unlock Would I buy again, probably not. If I did, I wouldnt open it and just keep it in the box for display. Not worth the scan.

Good quality but the price is steep

Box was decent at best and bought the USA version bowser and it was a Japan amiibo that arrived so all in all not to happy and be aware of the USA ones being Japan ones it works the same but if u like the idea of having the English text on the box definitely look else where

I have had a great time using this amiibo on Super Smash Bros for Wii U. Its become one of my strongest Figure Players. I have also used it in the new game Code Name S.T.E.A.M. for the 3DS to add the character Ike to my squad where he has turned out to be a very valuable member of the team. I am very glad that this European amiibo figure works with my North American game systems and that I managed to get one with a normal-looking face.

Ryu translates surprisingly well in figure form. Simple yet very good.
