> 3 dayI am very pleased with this device. It is the 3rd robovac I have had and definitely the best. It vacuums most of the house on 1 charge, needing 2 if some of the areas that are blocked off are opened. For mopping, it does a good job and usually takes 3 charges. When I have had questions or issues, they are very responsive. They respond by the next business day. I had one issue that was a software issue and they had a patch the next week. I suggest getting the self emptying charging station, SD80. Highly recommend.

11-04-2025One of the brushes popped out before it started and the other at the end. However, even with one brush (most of the time) it did a fantastic job. It did miss a few spots but that could be because of the missing brush(es). I am happy with my purchase. I may, occasionally hire someone for a deeper cleaning but this is certainly a useful product.

> 3 dayVacuum works great and maps out the house so I can setup where I want it to start first. Just have to empty out the dust bin on it each day and it does the rest. Other than when it gets stuck on a cord left on the ground. But it picks up where it left off once it’s cleared.

> 3 dayWont work without phone app. Phone app costs $25/year to subscribe. Phone app will not allow access to this device. Zero customer support. 2 weeks to get account credited. Dont waste your time, like I did.

> 3 dayThis product cleans and vacuums fine. Everything works as advertised. My issue is the battery runs out before my place is finished. I wish there was a ratio that you have a house size X. You need a battery life of size Y. I wish it was faster as well. I could probably vacuum faster the old fashion way.

> 3 dayFor the price of the mop + sweep & dust bin combo, it’s great. I do have a few issues when it comes to the mapping. It seems to reset often (daily) and it will need to re-map the home, which means re-doing all the settings for each room every single time. For me, this includes adjusting where each room starts/ends, carpet/hardwood, no go zones where it seems to get stuck like dressers, where to mop/where not to mop. Another issue is the replacement bags for the dust bin. The seller has a single bag listed for purchase for $11 each. This is wild to me because although they claim you only need to change it once a month- I have pets & kids, so easily the actual life of the replacement bin has to be closer for 2 weeks. I’m currently maybe 4 days in and it looks close to over a quarter full. I will be seeing if I can use another brand as others have a 14 pack for $20. but overall I am happy with my purchase.

> 3 dayBest I have found for the money. Makes a map of rooms. You can select just an area or room to clean. Does not need magnetic strips for no go zones.

> 3 dayThe vacuum maps the house quite well on the first run and does a good job of cleaning even on carpet. It will automatically increase the suction for carpets. It is quiet enough it doesnt upset our dog. The app allows you to divide the house up into sections and program those sections to be cleaned on different days.
