My Roomba died and I didnt have the money to order a new one. When I saw this I thought Id Give it a try. Boy was I surprised. It cleans up all the dust dirt and hair from my low pile carpet with less hassle than the Roomba and cost waay less. Cleaning the dust bin, filter and brushes is a breeze The company is great to deal with.. Try it youll like it.

As long as you use this correctly it works well. The battery does really well on the low suction mode, the higher you have the suction set, the shorter the battery life. Also make sure you have good internet connection because it only works with an internet connection.

I love this little vacuum. It really picks up and I followed the advice on here from someone else about using Smart Life app. It works like a charm. I’m buying another one. It does about 500 sq feet well then goes back to search for its charger. I have three dogs and the three of us have long hair so I clean it after two uses. Easy to clean.

I bought this to clean my newly remodeled basement. Does a great job, picks up a ton of debris but does not do well over thin rugs. Gets caught up too easily and will shut off. Other than that, it’s a good product.

5/6/23 Update: Finally got their App to work. The problem is lack of product use and conection instructions and an ineffective help desk. Despite much troubleshooting to get their news cellphone App to work on my Galaxy S22+ phone, it fails to allow me to register to use the App. Without use of thd App i cannot use all the functions/features of the device. Beware if you have the same issue. Too bad their App is causing me to return the device.

I bought this as a lightning deal on Amazon. I use it quite regularly. Quiet and does a good job.

I had a few issues with this product, talked to customer service, I was provided with a replacement and it works better. I am satisfied. thank you to Jessica, very helpful customer service rep.

Compared to my previous Sharp robot cleaner, it fails in every category. If you have furniture, dont bother. It constantly gets stuck UNDER couches, kitchen cabinets, and furniture, where it will simply shut down. I dont run it when Im not around to rescue it. The software most definitely DOES NOT navigate it around obstacles, as it bounces off of and into EVERYTHING. Most usually wont make the transition between a marble floor and a rug, and occasionally when it does, simply glosses over the rug leaving piles of hair and debris. It has no sense of where it has cleaned, routinely going back over a spot multiple times while leaving entire connected rooms untouched - the mapping shows huge gaps everywhere. It has a long-lasting battery life, though max suction mode cuts time to 1/3. Has developed an incessant high-pitched squeak that no amount of lubrication can relieve - very annoying! This was an expensive mistake!

I found the whole process of installing and using the Android app for this robot way too complicated and intrusive for my tastes (hence 4 stars), but I found that the unit did what I wanted it to do by just pressing the start button once and getting out of its way. Pulled up a lot of dust and cat hair in the first 90 minute cycle of my living room -- I like it so far.

Works good! It picks up a lot of dirt & pet hair even when the area looks clean. And a big time saver just pushing a button to run the vacuum instead of getting the broom out to sweep. Transitions nicely from wood floors to tile floors to rugs.
