    Greater than one week

Been using it for over a month now. Great little guy - easy to use and does a good job going around the house. We have a dog that sheds so we run it nearly everyday. Good suction, easy to use (my 80 year old parents figured it out). Highly recommend.

I was looking for a well-priced robot, and this was my random pick from Amazon. I scored! This AIRROBO Robot Vacuum Cleaner is a nonsense machine. Super easy to set up. Push a button, and it goes. We live in a multilevel apartment with large rooms. The vacuum travels well from one space to another and does not fall down the steps. The sleek design allows you to crawl and clean under bath cabinets, beds, and couches. The dustbin is huge and fits two cleaning cycles of dust (1600 sq ft apartment with two kids and two cats!) What is the best way to multitask while in meetings? Get AIRROBO Robot Vacuum Cleaner to clean your home!

Updated review: 03/12/2023 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This seller contacted me after I posted the review, and has made it right with me. The seller was VERY prompt in returning emails, and refunded me after the return window. I still stand by the overall rating of the product, but give the seller 5 STARS. I upped my review by 1 star from 3 to 4 because of the sellers outstanding customer service! I gave a similar review on the other one I bought, and I have not heard a word from that seller. I would absolutely buy from this seller again! While the robotic vacuums did not work well for me on my floors, I have friends who love theirs, which is why I bought them in the first place. An Airrobo may work well on your floors. If I had carpet I would give it another try! If you decide to buy one, I would absolutely buy from this seller. Their customer service is outstanding! Original review I bought two robot vacuums as we have a large house and two distinct areas. This was one of them. This says good for hard and wood floors. We have vinyl laminate flooring, and while the vacuum actually does pick up stuff, it leaves stuff as well and most significantly, it left marks on the floor from the wheels. It also got stuck frequently underneath the edge of a chair. It is a rocker chair, so when it comes up on it, it pushes it up and then gets stuck. How it has programmed itself (which is something I understood it does) I am not sure, as the few times I have used it, it has taken a different route. Also - using it on a throw carpet is not a good idea, the brushes get stuck on the edge frequently. The other robot Deenkee Robot Vacuum, 3000PA WiFi/App/Alexa 3-in-1 Robot Vacuum is the other one I purchased, that does not have wifi connection or an APP and works just as well. I dont use the app or wifi capabilities as it gets stuck. I only use it when I dont have time to vacuum with a regular vacuum cleaner, because of the obvious marks it leaves on the finish.

Ernest is a little too earnest. The robot vacuums well where it goes, and it is fairly quick due to its pattern and gyroscopic mapping. But it is very insistent when meeting an obstacle to surmount it. Or mount it. It forces itself where it is not wanted. It climbs furniture if its low enough. It will thrust itself again and again to get over the threshold even if its not succeeding. If its just high enough it will pass under, but it keeps getting stuck under this one dresser I have. It can get in but not out. Sometimes it will think that is moving forward but its just spinning its wheels trying to get under something. I had to stop it myself; it would have just run its battery out treadmilling against the dresser. Some vacuums have blocking strips you can lay down. But you dont have that option with this vacuum. So I try to lay down chairs or drape a light-colored blanket to stop it going under things (it recognizes light-colored walls and will stop there.) But eventually it will press against those obstacles or try to climb them. It has pushed furniture out of the way that I laid down to stop it. Or climbs the side-lying chair legs. It pushes through the blanket barrier. If it doesnt succeed it will back up and ram itself against the obstacle. It will stop at nothing. Whoever programmed the AI for this robot is sexually frustrated. This thing gets obsessed with the places it couldnt succeed and will come back to them again and again, at the expense of cleaning the rest of the room. I first named it Ernest but now I call it The Menace. I chose this vacuum because of gyroscopic mapping and the fact it has a remote and doesnt have to connect to WiFi, because I dont believe in a smart home. So it has those things going for it and it vacuums well, but it really is hard to control. Vacuuming a more complex room is stressful.

Update4/16/23: Removed 2 stars. This thing is becoming such a hassle. She is getting stuck on things constantly when they havent moved. The little plastic flap piece in the dustbin broke. Too many stuck errors but when I tell it to go back to base to charge, it MAGICALLY is not stuck anymore and goes straight to base. Also, its starting to no fully get on the base anymore so it doesnt end up charging in time to do the next cleaning schedule It is an amazing asset to have in your home if you have dogs who shed and you cant keep up on the vacuuming due to you and your husbands work schedules! It did amazing the first day(3 cleaning schedule cycles): didnt get stuck on anything, didnt go stupid, found base.. etc.. But after that its like shes lost her mind! She gets stuck on things she never got stuck on before. She got stuck on her base and took it in circles- wrapping herself up in the cord, she has been going the opposite direction of her base. Shes just been off her rocker since the second day. Im giving her the benefit of the doubt and seeing if she fixes herself. I have not had her do carpet yet as I havent had the dogs in the bedrooms, but when she made her way into the spare room for a short period of time because the husband left the door open, she did amazing and you could tell where she was. Nice vacuum lines!

I was looking for a vaccum with a higher suction power. Most of them are price $300+. For the price of $120, this is a cheap option and work great on dog hair. It is almost perfect. It is loud when it is on. Doesnt auto return to the charging station when battery ia low.

I’ve used this item since January. The suction on it is great, however it just keeps cleaning the same quarter area of my carpet. After an hour, it’s still in the same part of the living room. Even when I move it to a different location, it goes right back to that part of the carpet. I could have vacuumed my living room ten times over in the amount of time it takes this unit to do just a quarter of it.

After we got our AirRobo I immediately fell in love! I named our Robo Frida. She speaks to me and announces things like The dust bin is not installed Starting to clean and Returning to dock Frida is my only daughter that does chores and she is my favorite. Frida does an excellent job cleaning; shes extremely thorough and helps wrangle 5 dogs shedding fur. She goes easily from carpet to hardwood floors. Shes very easy to maintain and we cant wait to get another one. I would 100% recommend.
