Greater than one weekWe Bought This Product In February & We Have Been Using Every Day Since!! I Love That It Lets Us Know When It Gets Stuck In Tough Places. It Goes To Its Home Base On Its Own. The App Is Easy To Use & So Is The Set-Up! We Do Have 2 Huskies So We Have To Empty It A Little More Often Than Most Probably, But We Still Love It. I Definitely Recommend It!

Greater than one weekThis product has been very helpful in keeping our home clean. I unfortunately had to give it 4 out of 5 stars because I have to unscrew one of the wheels every 2 weeks to push the pin back into the appropriate gear. The machine will think it is the Daytona 500 and start conducting circles in the living room due to the wheel being out of place. Other than that minor inconvenience it is a great product and we use it daily. I do recommend moving any wires out of the way before turning it on. it will run them over and get tangled up and start beeping as if it is in distress.
