> 3 dayEasy install, finding top head center is easiest on 4th or 5th gear. Did my install with bike cold, If I was to do it again I would install with engine wormed up for easier insert install. Engine noise has gone down quite a bit. Still gets noisy on hot days & going up hills. But over all inserts work. Happy with my install.

Greater than one weekDont know if these worked or not. Installed them when I did my 110 kit with S/E cams. The upper valve train still sounds like a sewing machine. Thank goodness my pipes are loud.

> 3 dayAll I can say is...WOW! I purchased these after stumbling onto them on a Harley forum and after being aggravated with the noise coming from my 2012 Road King for months. Ive tried different oils, countless hours of research, making adjustments here and there and nothing worked. After reading others reviews, I decided to give these a try. Install took about 3-4 hours by myself with allowing a half hour of push rod bleeding down time per cylinder. Install was pretty simple if you have a basic knowledge of your bike and mechanics in general. I would definitely recommend having a service manual handy for bolt removal and install procedure (including torque specs). Also, be sure to read and follow the instructions carefully. In my particular instance, I did not clean all the oil out from my breather bolt hole and ended up blowing out the bottom part of the bolt threads. Luckily for me, it was cosmetic but had it been another hole I would have been in seriously trouble. After having these installed now about 100 miles all I can say is this is what you need to get rid of the noise. I was astounded by how quiet my bike is now! Granted, these obviously do not eliminate every single valve train noise, that would be near impossible. However the initial improvement was fantastic. I also ride with a fairing, which does allow the rider to be able to hear more engine noise, and even so these did the trick. I can honestly say this has been the best product I have ever purchased for my Harley.

> 3 dayThey went right in rather easily. However it didn’t get rid of the upper engine noise. It did decrease though.
