Rollo Direct Thermal Shipping Label (Pack of 500 4x6 Fan-Fold Labels) - Commercial Grade

The printer kept jamming and after consulting rollo.com and YT to try to figure out the fix, I finally saw that the printer was jamming b/c the lower right side of each label was attached to the one on top of it. So ended up not being able to use several labels (theyre super bent and printer ended up peeling some of the adhesive off the backs). The paper worked GREAT until this happened. It appears that the perforation between the labels wasnt thorough. I hope they address this quality control issue in the future b/ as a whole its a great product.

Buying the rollo printer and labels has definitely been a time saver for my etsy shop. But learn from my mistake and do not tape over labels on packages!! The ink completely disappeared under the packaging tape. I have no idea how it happened but my package was returned to me and I had to purchase a new label which was frustrating. It looked as if the label had never even been printed on because of how badly it faded. If my return address had been taped over Im not sure this ever would have made it back to me :( overall the quality of the label is fine and it sticks well to packages, so luckily it doesnt require being taped onto the box.

For some random reason with this batch of labels, every 20 or so a label will get stuck in my rollo printer. Didn’t have this problem at all with my first box of labels. Easy problem to fix but you do lose about three labels to correct it.

I saw there were some negative reviews recently, but than some of the newest indicated that the problems were fixed, so I decided to give these a shot.

These labels are so great! They stick much better than the labels you can use with a regular printer. I use these with the Rollo wireless thermal printer and I’ve never had any issues. They are quality labels.

Usually the labels will tear clean but this batch I had was not it. I must’ve wasted 25 labels… I’d rather buy the cheaper knock off it’s basically the same thing now.

These are thicker than the knockoffs but apples to apples there is really no reason to pay more money when the cheaper ones as just about as good.
