Bought these twice. I share them with women at my job to stay safe in their travels. Sound is extremely loud! Only down side is the chain is cheap and may break off from the unit. I suggest looping the material pull handle through the key ring so it does not get lost if its pulled. Colors vary. I believe that despite the keychain being flimsy, these are well worth the money. A few women were carrying whistles but if someone grabs you and covers your mouth..??? I carry this in my hand so if I sense danger, this baby is ready to go!!!

Im taking a star off because the noise can be contained by wrapping cloth or something around it. The more expensive ones are harder to hide. Considering the price of these, theyre pretty awesome.

I got one for all of our kids and myself. You can never be too safe and no one would suspect this little device can put off such a loud noise. I have outlawed them being pulled inside the house! lol. It’s a simple way to ensure a little more safety and awareness to the kids. Can fit on a backpack or keys or even a coat zipper!
