This is by far the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever had. It also blends really really well. No chalky taste, just great smooth chocolate flavor.

Wow, protein has come a long way in 20 years! I saw this protein recommended on YT, who actually sold the hell out of it (and im glad he did!), he pretty much said gram for gram that it’s hard to beat—especially for the money. Ive been lifting/supplementing for the past 20 years, havent been supplementing protein for the last 7 or so. I was not looking forward to powders again, but all the pre packaged ones either made me pooh, fart, or feel awful (lactose intolerant), so I needed to suck it up or change my goals. Got it in the mail today and I couldnt wait to try it out. I am blown away by the quality of this protein. It mixes amazingly, no clumps whatsoever. Texture is smooth. Taste is about as good as you can expect with protein. Ive had better tasting, but those were loaded with fats, sugars, and carbs. Nowhere near this clean. Keep in mind this was with water and not mixed in a blinder lol. Those who have been in it for a while know how god awful shakes used to be. Anyways, i couldnt be more satisfied. Well done.

I have used this protein supplement for several years now. The flavoring is very precise (in my case Vanilla Creme). The powder mixes with milk or water, depending on your preference. The consistency is also smooth, without any lumpiness. Overall, the value for the money and the product quality are very good.

I mix it with unsweetened soy milk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk or add it to caramel or vanilla ready to drink premier protein shakes to double the protein in those. No matter which I mix it with it always tastes great, not chalky like some powders are, doesn’t clump and no weird aftertaste. I highly recommend it.

This is the best all around protein I have ever used. Most protein supplements give me diarrhea . With Rule 1 this is never a issue. I have bought 20lbs so far. Until something comes along that’s better, this will be my go to protein

Stuff is great, the tastes and the price of fair. But as soon as I twisted off the top showing the seal I saw it was already semi open, I got it online so no one opened it yet.but I’ll still use it

Very good product. Has a clean light taste and the calorie to protein ratio is a major plus. 25g of protein per scoop for only 100cal... Cant beat that!
