The lock was physically easy to install, but programming the code and the remotes took longer than the 10 minute install time they claim. Remote was easy to install, but programming the code was a bit more difficult. I read all instructions, but nowhere did I see that only the deadbolt was tied to the code/remotes. I thought something was wrong because the top lock didnt work, only the bottom dead bolt functioned. After reading other reviews/comments on Amazon I found out both locks didnt function, only the bottom deadbolt. Had I known that it wouldnt have taken as long to figure out. Also reading reviews I found out I could press the #1 button for 3 seconds to turn off the alert sound telling me the lock functioned properly when I used the remote/code. ALSO, the #1 key does not light up like all the others. I guess I will live with that as I dont relish sending it back and installing it again.

I use the find the right lock feature from RVLock web site. It was easy. There are always doubts as to weather you got the right one. It arrived and I followed instructions. It says ten minutes but that might be pretty aggressive if your not handy. The only thing I was surprised by is that there was no Zero or Nine selection to be had when setting your discount code. All in all everything went great.

Wow, wish I knew about this door lock sooner. My husband said since the install looked so easy, he asked me to install and give him the code when I was done…. 15 minutes later…”Honey, here’s the code!”

I liked that it was super simple to install. It me about 10 minutes to do from start to finish. Also, the lifetime warranty is great.

Worked as advertised. Easy install and setup. Appears to be of good quality. Reasonable price. Nice to know it has a lifetime warranty. If I sell the camper I plan to keep the lock and use it on our next camper.

Lock installed easily

This is an excellent product. First of all it came in a day earlier than expected and the packaging was great. If you follow the instructions the installation will go flawlessly. The latch is well built and looks good on the door. Wish I would have purchased this sooner. The ability to unlock the door with a fob will really come in convenient when you have your hands full or it is raining outside. I would recommend this product just because of the convenience.

The installation was very simple and easy. Probably took me about 30 minutes.

Installed this in about 10 minutes......but as of yet, cannot reset code.....pretty useless lock when unlock code is stuck on 1234. Lock seems well made but the instructions on the box were not correct and the revised directions supplied by customer service email also did not solve the problem. I never spoke with a person when attempting to call customer service number that is listed on web page. After a strangely long wait on hold I was given the option to leave my number to be called back in the order of my call....never got a call back I have sent another email....will see if the company responds effectively to get my issue resolved. So far....not impressed. It is hard to be enthusiastic for a product that doesnt seem to work as you expect it should. I will give it a few more days to get resolved....if customer service comes through and gets this working, I will update my review UPDATE: After being notified that the revised instructions did not resolve my problem, they promptly sent a new lock that was pre programmed it to my desired code. I installed the lock in about 10 minutes. It looks like a factory installation and works fine. The lock has been in service for a little over a week with no problems. It is really a handy upgrade from the old manual lock that had become a constant aggravation. My wife loves it. Although, the original faulty lock was a bit of an aggravation, the company responded to my issue promptly and efficiently. I am pleased with this purchase and more than satisfied with my customer service experience. I would not hesitate to buy another one.
