RWM Casters DUR-0620-08 6 Diameter X 2 Width Durastan Phenolic Wheel with Straight Roller Bearing, 1200 lbs Capacity, 1/2 Axle Diameter, Black

This is a very heavy duty product that I used to replace a factory plastic dolly wheel. This caster comes complete with a roller bearing that has to be manually packed for this application. I packed bearing with marine (water resistant) grease and imagine that it will never need repacked. My only regret is that it is another CCP product.

Good quality heavy duty product. Only took five minutes max to change out old broken wheel. Very sturdy and rolls much better.

I bought this to replace a caster that broke on my Harbor Freight appliance dolly. I believe the Harbor Freight dolly casters are rated for 600 pounds. This caster comes with a steel sleeve that is 1/2 inch inside diameter, but the shaft on the dolly is a bit larger, so the sleeve does not fit. I went to Home Depot and bought a 3/4 inch steel tube. The steel tube has a thinner wall than the sleeve that came with the caster and it fit on the dolly shaft. And the replacement caster fits on the Home Depot tube. I cut the tube to the length needed for the dolly shaft and installed the replacement caster. The caster is a little wider than the original caster, so I left off the two washers that had been on the outside of the original caster.

This is a great upgrade for your boat trailer if you have a medium-sized boat you need to push it around your property. The roller bearing in the center is very large and exceeded expectations by far. I put a big blob of marine grease between the center sleeve and rollers for added life. I trailer my boat and therefore it comes home with me every evening. This wheel allows me to push my 14 boat around my property after use without issue, and without having to use my truck to tuck it into the corner of the yard where I normally keep it. I am very happy with it.

This is a great replacement for my trailer dolly wheel. The old one was sticking and dragging across the cement. This wheel is solid and has a rounded edge to it which allows it to roll across the cement easily to move my trailer out of the storage area so I can hook it up.
