> 24 hourThis SSD worked great for 10 months using Windows 10 and Windows 11. Then I installed the latest (optional) upgrade for Windows 11. The system destabilized (i.e. blue screen of death) within a half hour of normal operation. I removed the Sabrent SSD, and the computer operated normally after I installed a different SSD, and reinstalled a fresh operating system. Even worse, the system would not reboot if the Sabrent SSD was in any way connected to the computer (internal PCIE or external USB connection). I cleaned the contacts with isopropyl alcohol and still no luck. I tried one more trouble shooting routine before initiating an Amazon return. I booted the computer with a different SSD and attached the malfunctioning Sabrent SSD to the computer using an external USB mounting. The computer did not crash. I removed all partitions on the Sabrent using the Windows format and clean tools, which appear on the screen when a fresh OS installation is selected. Voila!, I reinstalled Windows to the malfunctioning SSD and it worked without a glitch. I cant determine whether the original problem was with the Sabrent SSD, or with the computer (ASRock B550 TAICHI motherboard). I am reporting this in case anyone else has a similar problem with the SSD. The downside, I lost all data on the SSD, with no possibility of direct recovery. Luckily, I have several backup appliances.

> 24 hourI had the drive less than 18 months. The other day it died and is out of warranty best I can tell. Sabrent is sending me a new replacement. From what I have read and heard, the early 4tb pcie 4 m.2 had some heating issues but that has been corrected.

> 24 hourThe only part of the installation that was questionable to me was whether I needed standoffs, I didnt, but it wasnt quickly apparent to me as my motherboard NVME port lifts the connection end up off the motherboard and the screw end is down to the motherboard so it is not level. On boot up, I went into the BIOS and saw the drive was recognized and after downloading the free Acronis cloning software the process was smooth and without incident. I was so amazed on my first reboot with this drive that I quickly went to check my drive C in explorer because my desktop and apps were as if it was still booting off my old drive. Seemless! Highly recommend upgrading with this product.

> 24 hourYou cant beat this with 4TB of QLC PCIe Gen 4.0x4 NVMe. I use this M.2 form factor for super fast Filecoin sealing and I couldnt wait for the new 4TB capacity disks to come out. I bought a new motherboard that holds up to five M.2 disks with Gen 4 PCIe interface. I have continued to use Sabrent as they grew from 500GB to 1TB and 2TB, each one is still running great and Sabrent offers an incredible 5 year warranty on their products. Compare these to Enterprise SSDs which cost far more and dont have nearly the performance. Store4Memory was great to deal with, they ship really fast and offer the best prices. I am a very satisfied customer.

> 24 hourNot only the performance of this hard drive is junk so is the quality. $600 and less than 1.5 years later and its dead. I will never buy a Sabrent ever again. Udpate on this review. Customer support was excellent, sent in drive and within a couple weeks i had a new one back. So cudos to the company for honoring their warranty.
