It works very well. It does not overheat. Its small enough to wrap your fingers around. I usually charge my iPhone, iPod Touch, iPod Nano, 4x external batteries, and some cameras with absolute ease. So I got this item for my best friend so she could charge her iPhone and her iPad and also her jawbone up on it and not have to use a lot of power adapters. Tonight it made a popping sound 3 times then started smoking.... Really sad i think this is the first thing i ever got from amazon that i would not recommend as of right not... cant even exchange it for another one.
