Works fine, but was not a new item, box has already been open and protective stickers removed.

It says its fast charging but its not and for the money this is not worth it. It only charged 50% after 2 hours so I just used the charger and what do you know charged the other 50% in 30 minutes

Great product works well easy to use

I purchased the charger because it was rated good for phones with Otterbox cases. Was pleased when my iPhone 13 immediately started charging, but was confused by blinking red light along with the fact my phone kept disconnecting and reconnecting to the charger. Was unable to find meaning of lights by calling Samsung. The lights can be controlled IF you have the right Samsung phone. Bottom line, the charging stand is only compatible with iPhones up to XS Pro, not the 12s or 13s. It can charge phone (slowly) but it will take most of night. Do not recommend for iPhones

Holy crap was this thing LOUD! I have an kff brand charger thats similar in style and you could barely hear the charging pulses. On this one, it sounded like a cloud of electronic birds was contained in my night stand. The chirping is incredible, no way Id be able to sleep with that next to my head all night. Samsung what are you doing? Lol for $50 this should not be so freaking loud.

I liked this item until the red light came on and stopped charging my SG21+. It only worked for 10 months.
