this is not a item in the Samsungs original box. No evidence of new item.

This memory device seems used, it has corrosion on the pins, also the contacts are scratched. I dont dare to install it on my computer, it could damage it. Please see the picture, a picture is worth a thousands words.

My goal was to accomplish two things (1) go from 16GB to 32GB (2) go from single-channel to double-channel

Easy install and a huge jump from 8G to 20G memory in the laptop. wish I had done it sooner

Samsung is the worlds leader in memory production so naturally, I expect the best and I wasnt let down. Laptop immediately recognized the RAM and now it runs crazy fast. I bought an 2018 HP Envy x360 Ryzen 7 and it came with 16GB SK Hynix RAM but that doesnt compare to Samsungs 32GB so I had to upgrade. I was also very satisfied with the seller. Packaging was excellent and shipping was lightning fast. Now if only I can afford Samsungs 4TB SSD.....

Good product if you know how to operate it. Still missing some features like integration with cloud services.

It plugged in. Was advertised correctly and worked. Not much more to say
