Tablet is quite heavy hard to install and get started....picture quality and videos are horrible...colors are way off.

I replaced my old tablet with this one. I Ike this one, but didn’t realize I was ordering a bigger table. The old one fits in my purse and this one doesn’t. The tablet does everything it’s supposed to do, so the fault is all mine. I’ll just have to get use to the size.

All our electronics are Samsung and love this Tablet. Great display and pictures

Usability is a little off. The face recognition doesn’t work half the time switching between apps is a slight challenge. Maybe it’s just me.

Easy setup

Second order for a Samsung A7. The first one would not even boot up. The second one was glitchy and the touch screen had a mind of its own. I was getting ready to go on vacation and figured I would do a factory reset when I got back. The 30 day return policy was up, but the warranty was still good. I called Samsung about getting it fixed. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and sent them a photo of the s/n, they said it was not valid. Maze Tech is the provider and they have some really bad reviews. I have to get more docs from Amazon and will update as this developes.
