My optiplex 990 hdd was slow and so sensitive that a slight bump would disable the browser. After replacing it with this product, my computer boots faster and changes screens snappier. Installation was easy and worked without any problems. My macbook now runs much faster. Starting apps, searching, opening the finder, it all got much faster. The application that had a dramatical change was the photos app. Now it opens within two to three seconds, whereas before it would take up to a minute to open.

Works great and no hiccups, would order again

Utilized the data transfer software (took about 2 hours) and then installed SSD on my Lenovo Laptop with no issues or problems at all. I am an IT instructor and I utilize my laptop with Virtualization programs and the virtuals boot up in seconds. We run about 4 virtuals at a time and have not had any issues thus far. I am running Windows 10 on my laptop.

One of the best investments you can make if you want to update an old computer, I tested it on my Dell XPS 15Z and it worked like a charm. It used to take almost 5 to 7 minutes to load Windows, now its around 30 seconds and all my heavy programs work way more faster. On the few things you can upgrade in an old laptop this is a must. Highly recommended!

Its kinda hard to judge a harddrive non technically. It meet the technical specs, and the non-standard drivers (if any) where auto loaded by Windows. So super easy, just plug in --> install windows --> done.

Fast and good, what else can I say

Need to know, the 850 Evo works well with AMD chipset, the (860 Evo) does NOT.
